Victoria Ramsperger is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who provides therapy for individuals and couples. She supports clients navigating identity, trauma, stress, relationships, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions using a holistic and collaborative approach.

Areas I Can Help With

Victoria supports individuals and couples navigating identity exploration, trauma, stress, relationship and attachment challenges, grief, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. She works with clients from diverse backgrounds and helps them develop greater emotional awareness, strengthen relationships, and build a stronger connection between mind and body.

My Approach to Therapy

Victoria takes a holistic and collaborative approach grounded in Relational Cultural Therapy and parts work. She helps clients understand how past and present experiences, relationships, and social contexts can shape their well-being. With couples, she incorporates Emotionally Focused Therapy to support communication, strengthen attachment, and foster meaningful connection or conscious uncoupling.
