One of the things I liked most about the movie “A Star is Born” is that they chose an ending that showed the reality of how serious mental health and addiction issues can play out. They didn’t go for the typical happy Hollywood ending. Instead they chose to illuminate a deeper problem, and in her award speech Lady Gaga spoke about mental health issues and encouraged people to get help. In honor of mental health awareness let’s all take her advice and lend a helping hand or a caring ear to someone who might be hurting emotionally or if we are suffering ourselves or are overly stressed let’s make an effort to seek help and take care of ourselves. – Patrick Cleveland, LMFT

You don't have to be in a crisis to ask for help.
Many of our clients come to us feeling stuck, exhausted, or just not quite themselves. That’s enough.
