My Approach to Therapy
Raneem takes a person-centered and integrative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. She draws from approaches including parts work, Gestalt therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while incorporating additional therapeutic approaches as appropriate.
She believes that each person brings their own experiences, values, and strengths into therapy and strives to honor these unique perspectives throughout the therapeutic process. Coming from a collectivistic cultural background, Raneem recognizes the meaningful role that family, faith, and community can play in shaping a person’s identity, well-being, and healing.
