Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (A.M.F.T.)

Jorelle Javier is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist offering virtual and in-person therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, and supporting teens, while helping clients navigate life transitions, family dynamics, and emotional challenges.

Areas I Can Help With

Jorelle supports children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, family dynamics, and emotional challenges. Her experience across community mental health settings allows her to work with diverse populations while providing thoughtful support tailored to each client’s needs.

My Approach to Therapy

Jorelle takes a culturally competent, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach, integrating family systems, attachment theory, strengths-based work, and somatic techniques. As a first-generation Filipina-American, she brings an understanding of intergenerational dynamics and cultural influences on mental health. In couples therapy, she incorporates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen communication and connection. She creates a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore patterns, build self-awareness, establish healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
